New construction 4 story clt paneling private school, complete with underground parkade. This building's unique materials and design created a challenge to create an aesthetically pleasing install. Project included a 165 seat professional theatre suitable for music, dance and lectures, an art gallery for professional exhibitions, 27k sq ft. artists studios, fully equiped culinary demonstration kitchen, largest french items library collection in BC, 14 class rooms (refer to website AF).
